How MedsTracker Works
MedsTracker offers robust functionality, with comprehensive patient safety modules that already support many of the expected criteria for meaningful use. The software captures a detailed medication history – and can access retail pharmacy prescription history – to ensure the most accurate, comprehensive medication record for each patient. MedsTracker provides electronically generated safety checks and alerts for potential allergy or drug-drug interactions with any change in medication regimen. It can automatically fax or ePrescribe a prescription to a patient’s pharmacy of choice, and eliminates errors due to illegible handwriting.
